Talk to General Physician on Vitamin D Levels
Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi
I'm a mother of a 2 year old. My vitamin D levels are 14.1 and calcium is 9.9. Kindly suggest how to increase my vitamin D levels. Also, I cannot take Cac 1000 plus as a drink as my son asks for it whenever I drink it. Kindly suggest any alternate for calcium in the form of tablet.
