Start Tab Sunny D 042-32591427, IU 1 tab every week for 6 weeks. Then carry on having Tab Caltrate 600 D for next month. Repeat tests and maintained dose shall be adjusted accordingly. Avoid sunscreens and step out in the sun in the mornings and in the early evenings 5-6pm frequently. Add milk yoghurt eggs , fish atleast twice a week 250gm each serving and green vegetables in diet.
