Any pre existing health conditions like high blood pressure or heart disease or diabetes? Fever ? Check his blood sugar immediately. If chest pain take him to emergency care
Need detailed history? Is he Hypertensive or Diabetic?Any complaint of chest pain along these symptoms. Get done history ECG and other Lab investigations like CBC,FBS, Lipid Profile, Urea/Creatinine and Electrolytes, HBAIC,LFTS. Give him Tablet Motillium 3times aday before meals.
