natural breast feeding isn't possible without pregnancy
it can be difficult for you to feed the baby without pregnancy.
Any hormonal intervention is not advised in this case, however there are other safe methods to induce lactation naturally. It also depends on the age of the baby adopted.
Then you should start latching her immediately, 20 mins sessions when she is hungry. That will be the first step.
For further recommendations, history will be required and councelling that is not appropriate to be done publicly.

Exclusive Breastfeeding is Required in first 6 months but hormonal Intervention can't be safe for you (and for child as well) so it's better to follow some alternative feed for 6 months age and start weaning
