Talk to General Physician on Weakness, Fainting, Unknown Kind Of Health Issues, Urethral Sticture

I am suffering from strange kind of weakness, brain fogging, fainting since last 4.5 years along with urehral sticture. I am getting treatment for urethral sticture but i am getting weaker and weaker. I have no energy in body and certain headache. I am feeling weakness in whole left part of my body since last 4.5 years.

Please suggest me to which doctor should i go to diagnose cause of my strange weakness.

My following tests were ok two years ago.

Thyroid gland test.
