I’m am 20 years old and I feel so weak. I am medical student it requires to study a lot but from 1-2 months I feel like I have no energy left. I cannot do anything. I have headache most of the time due to which I cannot study. And for some reasons I cannot sleep early so I sleep at 2-3 am and I have to wake up by 8am. But I do get lots so sleep in evening. But even after waking up I feel tired, headache and don’t feel like doing anything. I just a anemia no other serious issues. What could be reason behind all this lethargy ?

Get your serum ferritin checked and ofcourse low Haemamd iron stores can be a major reason for low energy and lethargy listlessness. Nothing major to worry about it seems.
