What medications taking What liver and stomach diseases she has? Check urine analysis and culture. Stool for occult blood. Iron profile
She is suffering from iron deficiency anemia along with inflammation or infection some where in the which may result in weakness. Go for LFTS, RFT, HbA1Cand Screening for Hepatitis B and C., CRP.
Correct anemia with iron supplements with consultation of physician.
