mujh bohat zayada weekness rehte hai har tym lazynes , tiredness outhne ka kaam krne ka Dil nae krta or bohaat zayada neend ate hai mn 10 to 12 hours tk sota ho , eye b bohat swell rehte hai joints mn pain rehte hai , how can active my self ?
