Feeling extremely unwell for the past 7-8 months. Want to be active again but body is completely drained.

**Weight & Nutrition:** - Lost 10kg in last 7-8 months - Was eating only once a day for months - Past one week started eating 4-5 times a day but fatigue still not improving

**Mental Health:** - Severe depression and anxiety for a long time - Extreme stress related to job and career - Confidence completely gone — cannot make eye contact with people - Constant heaviness on mind - Irritability — even normal things feel unbearable - Memory issues — forgetting things frequently

**Substance Use:** - Was smoking cigarettes and chars for a long time to cope with stress and depression - Stopped both completely one week ago

**Sleep:** - Severe insomnia — cannot fall asleep at night - If sleep comes, wakes up after 3-4 hours - Daytime sleepiness throughout the day

**Fatigue:** - Body feels completely lifeless all the time - Getting out of bed is extremely difficult - Even minimal activity drains all energy - Just want to lie down — no motivation to get up

**Chest & Throat:** - Occasional chest pain - Constant throat irritation - Mucus/sputum present - Cough is not severe but persistent

**Stomach:** - Constant discomfort, uneasiness and pulling sensation in stomach - Had nausea when seeing food previously - Now eating more but weakness not improving

**Other Symptoms:** - Night sweats with chills while sleeping - Constant heaviness on head - Memory getting worse
