I am 17 years old girl and I have wheat allergy I have 27kg weight and my height is 4.11m mjhey 4feet and 11 inches and i came to know that I have wheat allergy when I was 14 years old now height is stop growing and my weight is not increase from many many months I experience diarrhoea frequently thats the problem what should I do so that I can increase my height and weight

Did you get an endoscopy done? Please stop using products containing wheat, barley and rye. Do some tests (cbc, b12, folate, and vitamin D levels). And take multivitamins, eat nutritious food. Repeat blood tests for celiac disease (serology) after 6 months of stopping wheat products.

Avoid food containing gluten like wheat ,biscuts etc . U can use Rice , Maize and fruits but plz must avoid Wheat and biscuits
so you have celiac disease and should avoid not only wheat but also all different kind of gluten containing foods
