fever take paracetamol/ Calpol . Currently panadol is not available in Pakistan. Take Cefspan 400 mg once daily for 7 days along with vibramycin 100 mg once daily for 5 days.Fever may be indicator of viral infection in current season which increases risk of secondary bacterial infection.

Finding source of fever is important than comes the treatment accordingly, in general when there is no obvious cause just take paracetamol 2tablets 4-6hourly as an adult dose along with cold sponging, monitor fever and make a chart, look for any other symptoms discuss with your physician/doctor. Basic test is CBC to give an idea of viral Vs bacterial initially.
