hello kindly do malaria test alongwith CBC and share report ; meanwhile take tab panadol 2 three times a day
Go for CBC, Typhi dot test first. if all clear then go for covid-19.
meanwhile take panadol 2 tabs thrice daily.
Please have yourself tested for Covid and seek consultation from a physician. Fever must be assessed thru tests.
