u r having anal fissure
apply xylocaine gel 5 min before defecation and after that apply GTN cream .
avoid constipation
take salad before every meal, avaoid junk food, take roti properly, take ispaghol husk one tablespoon in morning and night with warm water.
syp Lactulose 2 tablespoon twice daily
aoa there may be anal fissure. apply gtn ointment around anal verge. eat vegetables
Your symptoms shows ,it's piles or anal fissure
