Asking For Self, Male 60, kharan
2 years ago my father was suffering from Annal fissure, which was diagnosed by general surgeon. After that Dr recommended a Diltiazem 2% cream. My father used that for 2 months and got relax from this disease. Now again this issue has come and father is using Diltiazem cream but not getting well.

Try medical management , local application for anal fissure and start high fiber diet . And if constipation give laxatives also . If treatment fail then bring for examination after that surgery is the solution .
