Asking for Self, Male, 46 years old, Attock
AoA i am 46 years old. I have Hammoroids for past 12 years. I loose blood in stool. Pain only when i use toilet. After that no pain. I see clear blood in my stools. Its not permanent. Sometimes it goes and then it comes back. I have done several colonoscopies and i have been taking medications, suppositories, ointments but its not healing. Now its very severe. I am thinking about laser surgery because i have used all medications and its not healing. I loose clear red blood. I can’t go outside and socialise. Going to toilets too many times and only loosing blood. I will be grateful to any specialists who advise me for laser surgery. Thank you

your disease is more than just piles. so laser might not help. come for examination.

Thank you very much for your help and answers. I was in UK and have been checked and diagnosis with hammoroid and ulcerative colitis by the NHS specialist. Ulcerative colitis medicatiin is working (humeira treatment) but i have hammoroid about one inch inside which is giving me problems. No socialising i cant work. After the hammoroids i had severe back pains started aswell. I used medication not healing. I thought i will do laser surgery bcz its less painful and quick. Are there any side effects of laser surgery? Thank you
