well lipomas are generally harmless, sometimes they become painful or large in size resulting in discomfort or cosmetic issues, the only treatment is surgery.
Lipomas around the shoulder joint however have a very small tendency to change to cancer ,therefore better removed as soon as possible

If it is on the same site, it might not have been removed completely. There is no preventable cause of lipoma.
Please get an ultrasound first
repeat USG soft tissue
surgeon se examine karwaen.
wo faisla kare ha Meri appointment len Marham se.
if at the same site or some other site, Excision is the option.

This is just the body fat. If it is lipoma, then no need to worry. Lipomas can appear at different parts of body and not always need excision. But evaluation is needed for any swelling in body.

iski root cause unknown hai.isliye jab bhi niklay tu operate karwana parayga.agar unka weight ziada hai tu weight kam karnay say kabhi kabhi lipoma bhi chota ho jata hai.lekin yeh bhi har kisi mein nahi hota.tu agar takleef hai tu operate karwa lein.warna wait kar lein aur weight ziada hai tu kam kar lein weight
