If you have constipation this will recur again.. Sometimes not all the hemorrhoids are banded and it might be bleeding from some other hemorrhoid. You need to get examined by general surgeon to exclude if it's coming from rectum or higher up

2nd degree pile I recommend too band ligation but if it failed or piles in 3rd degree ( means something comine out n reduce manually by finger )
or 4th degree (piles prolase out and can't reduce back). then I recommend only definative treatment is surgery.
I do open surgery and laser surgery. I do 2 types of surgery in pile. laser surgery is painless procedure .
mostly Patient 1 day stay at hospital n then go back to home after operation.
avoid spicy food
avoid constipation
take spaghool husk.
Consult a general surgeon, and dont go for laser in recurrent case..
