get him checked by a general surgeon & then decide whether to go for surgery or just medicne
we treat patient according to the grade of hemorrhoids, severity of symptoms and patient's preference, keeping all these points in view and after discussion with the patient we offer them treatment, tell about pros and cons , but for this we need to examine the patient to know what grade hemorrhoids the patients have , and what treatment options could be offered according to that.
regarding diet ,
eat plenty of fruit, vegetables,salad, ispaghol ,whole wheat bread, and plenty of water (minimum 12 glasses a day) ,avoid constipation with this kind of diet or meanwhile constipation treatment.
