Asking For Brother, Male 30, Karachi
My brother got pilonidal sinus surgery done two months back. The wound is still open and pus is coming out from the wound. Daily dressing is being carried out with 10 days course of Augmentin. It's been two months now and pus is still coming out. Any idea regarding treatment and any timeline when wound will heal or pus will stop flowing out
