My niece is only 5 month... use last week se bhot bukhar khansi r balgham hao... saturday night se niblize b kr rae hain cefim antibiotic acifyl cough syrup zatofen syrup dy rae hain but usk bawajoud bukhar kam ni ho raha 102 hai kisi time kam hota hai but again ho jata.... balgham bhot zada hai even k ab eyes b khrab ho rai hain balgham ki waja se.
I think she needs proper evaluation after clinical examination.
get her CNc and blood c/s done. but it is better to get her evaluated physically by some good physician

its viral infection...before prescribing any medication for infants,plz inform us about weight...because without that drug dose cannot be calculated...don't give her cefim...give syp azomax 100mg/5ml suspension 4 cc once daily for 3 days...syp britanyl 1/2tsp daily once...nebulize with0 .25 cc normal saline,1/2amp atem, 1/2amp clenil, subha sham,syp sterone 1/4 tsp subha sham..for fever panadol drops 1/2dropper subha,sham....keep her warm...tobra eye drops 1drop in each eye once daily
It’s a viral infection. It usually takes 1-2 weeks. Give supportive care . Steam inhalation, regular panadol and ibuprofen, more fluids, salinase nasal drops. If poor response to this stuff then make sure get her checked to rule out pneumonia.
Immediately do visit a paediatrician.
Give syrup panadol or syrup Brufen . Check for rash . What about vaccination. Another family member is suffering with same problem? Visit to nearest general medical practitioner.

nebulize her with Mucolator sachet. it can also be dissolved in water and taken then. change antibiotic to syp azomax
