please take plenty of fluids and avoid high protein and fatty diet in excess.take fruits and vegetables.exercise regularly.

Get your Thyroid levels
Get a physician opinion
there are various causes of burning sensation in feet .
diabetes
chronic disease of kidney
vitamin deficiencies
folate deficiency
hypothyroidism etc
u should clearly mention if u also have symptoms other then burning sensation in feet.
management and investigation should b done accordingly.
better consult a physician give a detail history and ur problem will b solved.

There are many causes for burning feet like nerve damage, Diabetes, kidney disease, low thyroid, some kind of drugs, alcohol etc. It is better to consult with physician regarding your symptoms.

There are a few causes for this. It would be useful if you could also explain If you have any other symptoms along with burning, any skin changes, previous injuries to any body part, any medication use and nature of work. Family Illness, alcohol use and also your nutrition status.

Although diabetes is the most common cause of burning feet, it is not the only cause. Get your serum creatinine, uric acid, vit B12 and Folate levels( blood tests) done and then you will need to visit a physician so a diagnosis could be reached after detailed history and physical examination
vitamin B12 deficiency can cause this problem as well. you should get your HBA1C test to rule out diabetes completely. surbex-z will surely help but with adequate use. book your appointment so that this problem can be discussed in details.

U need adequate vitamin B12 and vitamin D level. Sometimes in stress and anxiety the same complaint is there.
In impaired glucose levels that is between 100 to 125mg /dl in fasting state the same complaint comes

In my opinion physical examination of patient and diagnosis is important in patients having burning feet syndrome (Also called Grierson-Gopalan syndrome) because cause could be neurological, endocrine or dermal. He said I have checked my Diabetes. Question is how. One fasting glucose reading is misleading. He should have CBC and HbA1C at least. I humbly disagree with colleagues to immediately prescribe Gabapentin. This is a restricted drug in developed countries you can only prescribe for two weeks under supervision. Patient are known to develop addiction. My advise to my dear patient please visit a qualified doctor and get yourself checked thoroughly. Thanks
