5to 6 weeks after last mestrual period starting date.TVS is better option as no need to hold urine and clear picture.and in early pregnancy good for pregnancy location.
TVS is best .
Transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) early pregnancy mein zyada sensitive aur accurate hota hai, khas tor par agar pregnancy 7 hafton se kam ho ya dates clear na hon. Agar pregnancy 7-8 haftay se zyada ho to transabdominal (pelvic) ultrasound bhi kafi hota hai.
