if heavy bleeding , get ultrasound pelvis . Start tablet primolout - N 10 mg ( one is 5 mg )twice a day x 3 days, once bleeding reduce ,take one tablet x twice a day x 21 days ,it will not affect breast feeding. also take tablet ponstan fort 500 mg x twice daily x 5 days ,please do CBC.

Bleeding will continue for 6eks after delivery but shouldn’t be heavy now. Plz take Cap Transamin 500mg three times a day tab Ponston fort. Three times a day. For five days.

Transamine 500 mg 2+2+2 for 5 days, ponstan forte 1+1+1 for 5 days , capsule risek 40 mg before breakfast for 5 days, mealwhile get ultrasound , if copper IUCD was sent for culture n sensitivity which must be sent, follow that report .. hope infection is settled now , if not send HVS for C/S then follow report n take antibiotic according to report .
