I am suffering from irregular periods from December 2023 like periods 1 month hoty hain blkul normal but next month skip hojaty I have not asked any doctor or gone for checkup I also don't have any symptoms of PCOS like excessive hair growth on face but yes I am month in April and the month before April in March I got normal periods like on date but now in June I have missed my date again

if u r overweight ,not necessarily that USG or face hair growth will confirm PCOs,....try to loose weight ,start inomel F sachet once a day for three months and tab glucophage 500mg tds and repeat pelvic USG and TSH if periods not resume
