Assalamualaikum. Ive been having a constant white discharge since a while now. Now i feel weakness and lethargic all the time because of it i guess i searched it up on Google and it described my problen as likoria My hands also shiver alot sometimes and my ahnd and feet are always cold because kf weakness. if discharge is not smelly or itchy, its normal. it does not cause any weakness. eat healthy diet including milk, take some multivitamins like iberet folic one daily.

Unless discharge is smelly or itchy, nothing to worry about. Regarding other symptoms. Advice is:
- Get CBC, thyroid profile done.
- Eat healthy diet. Fruits, vegetables and iron rich diet like red meat and spinach, green leafy vegetables, beans, pulses.
- Iberet Folic once daily after meal.
