Talk to Gynecologist on Little Or Mild Bleeding After Sex Not Prolonged,only One Time

I am experiencing mild or light bleeding after sex but this is not prolonged,only little one time immediate only after sex ,I experience (no pain anything else) I want to conceive,my marriage been 2 years, one miscarriage 7 months ago, during this 7 month we use protection because not want to conceive but now we want to conceive. My period is Normal ,always on date ,no PCOS....Can I conceive with this little bleeding now after every sex ,this is mild or one time not prolonged? Kindly guide me thanks
