I had laparotomy for hemorrhagic cyst in left ovary 4 months ago.. from past 3 days I'm getting mild pain again in lower left abdomen..and pain while moving and pressure ..nausea and mild fever Got ultrasound done and this was the report Cycle day 20 (21yr old female unmarried)

please get your check up done by the doctor who did your operation.
Your symptoms suggest that you may have an infection. Please repeat the ultrasound at a reputable imaging center. have CBC and CRP also

▪︎it could be an endometriotic cyst n after tests u can be put on specific medication for it\'
