Ramzan mn 25 feb ko hua periods jo k 20 ko hona tha phir us k bad rozay thy and then last days mn sangobian khai 10 to 12 days 20 march se spotting ai us k bad 2 April se sai se bleeding start hui sath e mne transamin or ponstan khai Kuch din like 4 to 5 days kbi din mn 1 kbi 2. Us k bad kam hui bleeding and kai bar aisay feel hua ruk gai but phir spot aajata tha. Then aisay hua k almost 7 april se aisay hua k leukorrea k andr spots aye. Kisi time aty kisi time nai but kmr drd kisi time or aisay cramps type aur 9 april ko aisay jese phirse thori si start hoti bleeding.
Leukorrea ka b issue mjhe already 5 6 saal se zyada se
Us k ilawa periods irregular huy thy july 2025 se october 2025 tk tb b medicine li thi kuch transamin se theek hua tha but ab ni hora

Yes i agree with dr bakhtawar , you are under weight, get TSH , free T4, day 2 FSH and LH , serum prolactin , pelvic ultrasound to rule out any pelvic pathology , why are you taking transamine n ponstan forte ? Avoid self medication . N consult after basic investgations from a good lab n scan from a good fcps radiologist , if vaginal discharge is colourless odourless and no itching then its normal .
