My menstrual cycle is usually regular, but this month my period has not started yet. I am experiencing all the usual symptoms that I get before my period, such as leg pain, lower abdominal pain, and lower back pain, but there is still no bleeding. Could you kindly tell me what might be causing this?

I am married, but my husband lives abroad. We were intimate for the last time on 28 March. After that, I had my periods in April, and nothing like that happened again. This month, however, my periods have not started yet, although I am experiencing the same symptoms and pain that I usually have before my periods.
