Talk to Gynecologist on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (pcos)

Hi dr. I am unmarried 24 year old female. In past few months i came to know that i have pcos issue. I am taking good diet and avoiding fried and junk food. My periods are regular, from 2 months it came after 35 day which is normal length cycle. But bleeding is not normal, till 2017 / 18 period cycle and bleeding was normal but it is gradually decreasing. Now i have 2 days bleeding. But from 2 months bleeding is less than 2 days, i only use 3/4 sanitary in whole periods. I want to try seed cycling before going to doctor. I came to know that we consume pumpkin seeds and flex seed in 1st half, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in 2nd half (1 tbs each). I want to ask when should i begin this cycle. Like when i have periods 1st day, should i start 1 cycle of seed? And after 15 days 2nd cycle. Kindly guide me about my situation. And what can be possible cause of very less bleeding.
