Get a wound swab for culture n sensitivity , and start tablet augmentin 1 gm twice a day , as soon as you get report change or continue tablet according to report .. take high protein low carb diet , apply oxofferrin drops on wound then clean with rayband gauze dipped in pyodine , visit a dr for best treatment
