AoA ultrasound shows hemorhagic cyst ... size is small not to be worry .... Most of the cases it resolved ... follow up with scan after 8 weeks ( 2months) ... Treat symptomatic Antibiotic nd painkiller for 7 days ... if there is severity of symptoms than rush to hospital.
