Talk to Gynecologist on Weight Gain And Periods Irregularity
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Dera Ghazi Khan
History: Age 34 Married. 2 babies. One was PPROM case, second was c-section. First baby age: 4 years Second baby age: 3 years Second baby was on complete mother feed till 6 months. And at night he wants mother boobs for sleep. Weight: 83+ Periods stopped for 6 months after birth of second baby. And started after 6 months, with 28 days of cycle. Before that, cycle was 22-24 days in whole life. Period Status: 1st day: no need of pad (light bleeding, blood color is red like normal) 2nd day: one pad only (I used 2 pads in day and one pad at night before that) 3rd day: no need of pad (light bleeding) 4th day: no need of pad (very light bleeding) 5th day: zero bleeding No pain, only heavyness at abdomen.. Weight gain at abdomebn and hips and legs areas. When my cycle was 22-24 days, my periods lasted 7 complete days. With light pain at second day only. I want to regulate my cycle and periods and weight loss. Please guide.

your problem is not serious ,many feeding mother face these issue , sometime periods stopped during nursing , and reoccurred after a gap of 6 months , your periods will take 2 to 3 months to regulate naturally ,this is normal, focus on your daily routine and good diet ,
do exercise
take plenty of water
include seasonal fruit n salad
sound sleep
don\'t take tension ,you must take care of yourself , everything will be fine In Shaa Allah.
