Seems you’re carrying it as Trait or minor. Get report of hemoglobin electrophoresis
Highly suggestive of Thalassaemia Minor. You should get it confirmed by Hemoglobin A2 level measurement or simply ask good lab to test your blood for Thalassaemia trait.

I have seen the blood report of a suspected thalasaemia minor caseHis Hb is low with hypochromic microcytic RBC morphology To confirm thalassaemia minor Hb Electrophoresis is suggested If Hb A2 is more than 3.5 percent then diagnosis of thalasamia minor is confirmed in that case this his children will be tested and genetic counselling will be done
It can be thalassemia Minor hemoglobin electrophoresis along with serum ferritin is suggested

You have family history and blood picture shows that you are likely thallasaemia minor Diaqnosis of thallasaemia minor needs confirmation by doing Hb Studies which I have already suggested Once diagnosis of thallasaemia minor is confirmed then family studies are recommended
