Aoa Dr i had excessive Nightfall problem in 2015 and i went to a homeopathy dr for the treatment but the medicine he gave me didn't cure my problem but rather had some side effects on me which i ignored earlier .. after taking that medicine i face difficulty in urinating abhi urine andr baqi hota hai or urine ana band ho jata hai or kch urine peshab ki nali mai hi ruk jata hai or is k ialwa pre cum drops bhi peshab ki nali mai hi ruk jate hain bahir nhi aty or jb rat ko night fall bhi hota hai tb bhi semen pori trha se bahir nhi niklta andr reh jata hai thora sa. its been 7 years that i am facing this problem since i took that homeopathic medicine please tell me what can be the possible problem ? is that treatable i have done few tests please check it
