Asking for Self, Female, 27 years old, Lahore
Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Disease(Grade 3/Grade4),Minimal Right Sided Hydronephrosis.My right kidney is 81*35*14mm,there is dilation of major calyces(7mm) and pelvis(18mm).My left side kidney is 65*29mm,Slightly smaller in size.Please recommend me what should i do??Doctor suggest me to take Lisinopril 5mg tb for one month,with iron tablet.
Can you please upload your renal function test report as well. I.e. urea and creatinine values

Kidney disease is advanced so using lisinopril may not be the right idea without Work Up and Doppler of kidneys

Isotope Renogram test also done.My B.P was 130/85 or sometimes 135/90.now its drop down to 120/75 or sometimes 110/60 after taking Lisinopril 5mg.My doctor(Nephrologist) is not recommended me CT KUB..He said no need to get this test after seeing my all reports..Is it necessary to get a CT KUB for treatment.?
