Kidney Pain UTI Infection

Question

Assalamualaikum Sir, I am a hostel student and have been studying here for the past four years. Sir, I have recently started experiencing some health issues. I often have problems with high uric acid and UTIs, but recently my uric acid level has become very high, and I also had an infection.

In addition, I have severe pain on both sides, around the kidney area. The pain is so severe that I am unable to sleep at night. Interestingly, I do not feel pain while walking or moving around, but the pain starts when I lie down. I also experience back pain along with it.

Please let me know what this problem could be and what medicine I should take for this pain.

Dear u need few steps to b taken;    1. Get Ultrasound. KUB to b done  rule out kidney stones, u could have uric acid stones.  2. Do UCE to check kidney functions.   3. Do Urine CS to check urine infection.  4. Need uric acid medicine if not on.  5. Drink more water.   6. Avoid pain killers- NSAIDS  and high uric acid containing food.
