Some more details or picture of your report which showed above findings would have helped more, however my advice would be to get a CBC,urine dr urea creatinine electrolytes and CT pyelogram urgently and visit a urologist on immediate basis, hydronephrosis in BOTH kidneys requires an urgent action.

Thanks for size of ur stone is cant b passed through urinary tract by simple drinking abundant amount of water,even u r having should go for Extracorporeal shock wave stone will b fragmented and pass in urine...

Dr. I have kidney stone surgery in long time ago when I was maybe 8 year old, now I am 33years old, some time spent i had a slight pain in my stomach then the doctor had a ultrasound said your one kidney size is small for the reason of surgery, i am very upset at this time but then there is no more pain Alhamud u lilah. Now I am asked it will be problem later.???
