11 mm calculus found in left kidney and mild hydronephrosis was seen in both kidney.
you need to have some tests. and then we decide if operation is needed or not.
Some more details or picture of your report which showed above findings would have helped more, however my advice would be to get a CBC,urine dr urea creatinine electrolytes and CT pyelogram urgently and visit a urologist on immediate basis, hydronephrosis in BOTH kidneys requires an urgent action.
Thanks for consultation...As size of ur stone is larger...it cant b passed through urinary tract by simple drinking abundant amount of water,even u r having hydronephrosis...You should go for Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy...then stone will b fragmented and pass in urine...

Dr. I have kidney stone surgery in long time ago when I was maybe 8 year old, now I am 33years old, some time spent i had a slight pain in my stomach then the doctor had a ultrasound said your one kidney size is small for the reason of surgery, i am very upset at this time but then there is no more pain Alhamud u lilah. Now I am asked it will be problem later.???
