Mayomectomy done in june 2022,, did ultrasound yesterday please have a look why fibroids is there ,,when surgery was done doctor said they have not removed fibroids completely because to safe uterus as i have not concived baby ,maried in December 2020, still not concived ,,please help in detail why it is there still ,, these arre my report of December 2023 hsg and ultrasound did on 12 feb 2024
