I had neck injury, after MRI it was revealed that I have c4 c5 subluxation of grade 1, and narrowed c4 disc, now after 2 months of injury, I often feel mild pain in both shoulders deltoid and mild weakness in right to lift heavy objects. what should I do, I want to avoid surgery, plz guide me
