Asking for Mother, Female, 50 years old, Sialkot
I want to consult regarding my mother’s health condition. She has had a lipoma on her head for many years. Generally, she never experienced any pain from it. Last year, we consulted a surgeon, and he told us that it was a normal lipoma and there was nothing to worry about.
However, for the past few weeks, she has started experiencing pain on the right side of her head. The pain starts suddenly and becomes very severe. Along with this, she also had tooth pain on the same right side for a few weeks, although now the tooth pain has gone and she is only experiencing the head pain.
Could you please advise whether this head pain could be related to the lipoma? Also, kindly guide us about which specialist/doctor we should consult. I would be very grateful for your guidance.
Thank you.

Does it hurt on touch to lipoma or pains are somewhere else ?
headache is related to toothache. the nerve that are passing from relevant teeth (facial nerve )is get pressed and causing pain. lipoma is just fat composed cyst that are not painful we can treat lipomas through homeopathy
The presence of a lipoma on the same side is just a coincidence. A toothache on the same side which has now gone is also coincidental. The unilateral headache could be a late onset migraine. But before we conclude that this is migraine we need to rule out any intracranial pathology with an MRI of her brain
