You have failed to mention what is your problem. If you have seizures or fits CT scan would show the pathology ( underlying disease) but it won’t show the brain waves. EEG records brain waves and tells us whether there are any abnormal brain waves. But usually between the fits the EEG would be normal. That’s why the most important single investigation for a seizure disorder is history of the fits. If there is a family member present they would be able to describe the fit. Nowadays it is much easier as the onlooker can make a video of the fit and then the neurologist can look at the video to determine whether the patient is having fits. Sometimes functional fits( in old times they were known as hysterical fits) look exactly like a fit to an onlooker but certain features can make it obvious to the neurologist that they are not real.

Need more information about your symptoms but broadly speaking the CT scan looks okay.
