Epilepsy In Sleep On Left Side Only

Left side fits in early sleep or before wakeup sometimes only on mouth , eye , hand , leg , twitching . Apival 5 ml day night . Cubriva 3 ml day night after this medicine fits are almost stop but child speech stop , cannot speak what should i do
