Patient been unusually sleepy for the past 3 days. She can be woken up and answers questions normally, but she wants to sleep much more than usual. She is pre-diabetic Medication: * Dio Plus 5/80 (blood pressure) * Daparox (paroxetine) * Surbex-T * Calcium C dissolvable tablets
Patient has a history with oesophagus cancer which has been treated and cured a year ago. We do checkups every 4 months. * Blood Pressure: 139/80 mmHg * Pulse: 67 bpm * Blood Sugar (1 hour after eating): 161 mg/dL

Please check her blood urea and electrolytes as she might be dehydrated. Also HbA1c to assess her diabetic control.. what is her fluid intake like. We can measure it by leaving a jug of water by her bed so that she can use only this water. Also measure tea or fruit juice that she drinks.
