Talk to Neuro Physician on Foot Trauma

I had something fell on my foot a year ago and then i had a cast on for a month, It got worse after the cast i did xrays everything is fine with the bone i also did an MRI requested by a neurosurgeon he said everything seems fine But still it turns purple, has vibration and hurts alot since a year the pain doesn’t go away i walk with struggles. I had vitamn d calcium also tested for it. It was totally normal. I feel like a nerve is stuck of something i dont know what the issue is…
