Case update (14-year-old female):
Patient presents with isolated hand tremor (action-related). There are no gait disturbances, no recurrent falls, and no objective balance impairment.
MRI Brain (plain): Normal Copper studies / Wilson workup: Normal – Wilson disease ruled out Autoimmune panel: ANA positive (non-specific); rest unremarkable Vitamin D level: Severely deficient (4.3 ng/mL) – treatment initiated
Neurology suggested genetic cerebellar ataxia panel as a precautionary/rule-out investigation due to neurological symptoms despite normal imaging. This is not a confirmed diagnosis and is not urgent at this stage.
