1. Head Trauma:

6 months ago, van ki chat se sir takraya

Result: severe headache, chubhan (needle-like sensation) in scalp

2. Numbness / Tingling:

Legs me numbness aur tingling (July se start)

Scalp me chubhan, mild pain

3. Pain Type:

Dull headache, post-trauma nerve pain

Tingling / pins & needles in scalp and legs

4. Other Observations:

Pain increases after bath

Sweating during work

Sleep disturbance due to discomfort

5. Investigations Done:

CT Scan Head: Normal

MRI Brain with Contrast: Planned / recommended
