Talk to Neuro Physician on Headache
Asking For Self, Male 27, Larkana
sometimes i feel severe headache 3 or 4 times in a month, plz suggest medication for it, it is one sided and after taking ( dicloran disperlate or any other pain killer ) it reduces, but i need its permanent solution plzzzz help
you should monitor the trigger factor, it may be any kind of food esp cheese or chocolates ...
you should maintain your daily routine
take naproxen 500 mg with tab motilium at the time of headache and take tab hitop 25 mg once daily for one month and update me.about the results
You need complete evaluation and ruling out of red flag dangerous causes. Pay a visit once to a neurologist.
don't take painkillers without Dr prescription. Kindly visit to a Neurologist for complete treatment.

sir i am from larkana , and your clinic is in lahore so plz suggest me some medication or i use dicloran disperlate when i suffers in headache , and after 2,3 hours of taking that tab it goes off but i need its permanent solution usually it comes when i feel some hungry and not eat any food and usually due to some tension in mind. plzzzz help
