Assalam-o-Alaikum Doctor. I have developed a new problem over the last 1–3weeks. Only the left side of my forehead and scalp sweat excessively, enough that the sweat drips down my face. The right side sweats very little in comparison only while I walk otherwise it's dry and left sides of It happens while walking, when going to the washroom, and sometimes even while resting. I also sometimes have headaches, and my left eye waters without any obvious reason. In addition, I sometimes experience a strange sensation as if my brain or head is spinning like a spinner, even though I don't always feel that the room is spinning. I have not noticed any drooping of my eyelid or difference in my pupils. I have attached photos of the sweating. Could this be related to a neurological or autonomic nerve problem? What evaluation or tests would you recommend? Thank you.
