Talk to Neuro Physician on Leg Burning/tingling/numbness

I have been to the government hospital, the Fauji Foundation, and a neurologist, but my leg is still in pain/burning/numbness, and now it's from the right side of the stomach to the right foot. I can't afford anything expensive now. Please tell me. Where can I do my MRI and nerve studies at low cost/free? Or is there a neurologist who can offer me a free consultation?
